When we restored this unique shophouse in Telok Ayer to its original blue hues, we were inspired to create a unique space for wine and beef lovers. We wanted to celebrate the diversity of breeds, cuts, preparation methods and flavours of beef, paired with our collection of wines.
At Boeuf, you can discover different breeds and cuts of beef - from Grass Fed Australian Sirloin to Argentinian Aberdeen Black Angus to Miyazaki Wagyu from Japan.
Enjoy a range of beef preparations - from beef tartar to dry aged beef to charcoal grilled prime ribs.
And don’t miss our signature dishes - Porcini Dry Aged Ribeye and slow cooked Beef Bourguignon with creamy potato puree. It’s a simple idea - boeuf. And sometimes simple great food and wine is just what we all love.
Our Cuisine
As our name suggests, Boeuf (buhf) is all about Beef. We wanted to celebrate the diversity of breeds, cuts, preparation methods and flavours of beef, paired with our specially curated collection of boutique as well as fine wines.
At Boeuf, you can discover different breeds and cuts of beef. We serve a great selection of 21 to 60 days grass and grain fed prime ribs of varying marbling scores that are available in limited quantities. Our prime ribs are sourced seasonally from Argentina, Australia and Japan and dry-aged in-house entirely. All our prime ribs are grilled on lava stones and finished in the oven for the perfect doneness!
